We’re real big on fun, we believe the path of highest enjoyment always bring the highest returns. In this case, it is about learning, growing and overcoming obstacles as a team. Each of our event is dedicated to meet fundamental team building objectives  such as communication, conflict resolution skills & role alignment. Remember, fun is a must, but the objectives must be met!

All our activities are carefully planned by our internal events team compromising of event managers & experienced trainers and supported by our team of facilitators. All PulseActiv facilitators are mandated to undergo a strict selection process for quality control purposes. Once selected, they are required to go through our in-house training program before they can be deployed for events.

Typically, our events last anywhere from 2 to 8 hours. Depending on the nature of the event, a full fledged team building day could last up to 8 hours consisting of a mix of activities, while a quick Dragonboat session could be completed in 2 hours. An Amazing race takes 4 hours on average.

There are several fundamental team building objectives that almost all companies are looking at – communication skills, conflict resolution, cultivating a positive team culture, etc. More often than not, our clients have a rough idea of what they want to do and firm up these ideas after a consultation with our experts.

We have done team building events for group sizes from 20-2000 & organised family days for group sizes over 5,000. We are more than confident to take on projects of similar scale.

Possibly. We do offer indoor team building options such as Experimental Team Building that can be held at almost any location. However, whether or not the activity can be conducted within the office highly depends on the space available as well as the activity selected. Our team will conduct a site visit to determine feasibility, prior to the event.

For our outdoor team building activities, we offer a variety of locations including  Sentosa Island, Parks & Sports Halls/ Stadiums around Singapore!

Yes, we do have clients requesting to include certain elements of their company’s mission, vision or even quarterly objectives or CEO’s message to staff. We’re big on customisation, and we will be happy to see how we can suit your organisation’s needs.

Largely, it will depend on the complexity & scale of event. Ideally, we advise all clients to provide our team a minimum of 4-6 weeks’ notice for a highly customised team-building event. We understand the need to be speedy, but at the same time – we are very conscious not to compromise our high standards of service quality & event experience. We are confident in our vision that small details can go a long way when it comes to exemplary event experience.

Our corporate event experts will meet up with your organisation’s representative (usually HR) and do a thorough needs analysis for your company. Based on that and your inputs, we will come up with a detailed proposal and investment breakdown, for your consideration. Once we have ironed out the details, we will prepare a service agreement for endorsement by your side, and thereafter planning of the activity will commence with immediate effect.
