Post call, our experts will go to the drawing board and prepare an event proposal based on the earlier call. The first draft proposal will be sent over to you within a week for your persual.
Once you've received our plan, it's time to allow us to take you through our vision and to further discuss on specific event details as well as iron out event flow! The call will allow us to better align with you and then back to the drawing board we go!
Once initial discussions have concluded and you are satisfied with the current event proposal, we'll finally be able to move on to the next step where we officially confirm the event and our team will work with you on the smaller details leading up to event day.

#1 – GLOBAL APPRECIATION
A global tech company approached us to curate a unique appreciation party for it's global marketing team situated in 20 different countries.
We delivered the party virtually via the company's own platform with 4 hours or performances, fun and games and successfully delivered each participant an appreciation activity box including a customised thank you card from management, tailored cookie decorating kid and loads of other goodies within a 1 week time period.
#2 – GLOBAL PRESENTATION COMPETITION
A large french MNC approached us to curate a unique event showcasing the company's products & growth including a networking session across multiple locations globally.
We designed and delivered the sessions across multiple time-zones including running pre-event technical checks & guiding site managers globally on individual site setups.
#3 – 2,500 PAX & 6 SESSIONS OF APAC TEAM BONDING
A member of the Big 4 approached us to curate a series of virtual sessions across the entire APAC region to engage employees.
We conducted a series of 6 sessions allowing teams based in offices as well as those working from home to come together splitting the group across 6 sessions including providing 1 to 1 facilitation for smaller group activities.
#4 – 1 TEAm, 1 dream,
During the pandemic, once events of 50 pax and below were allowed, we were asked to help a leading non profit organize a retreat across 4 hotels in Singapore.
We set up audio & visual communications across all 4 locations including providing roving live streams and our host, connecting from 1 main site was supported by our teams and facilitators in delivering a full day town-hall, awards & fun games.
#5 – CONNECTIVITY ACROSS
During the pandemic, a department of one of Singapore's telecommunication companies approached us to organize a hybrid session with teams of 5 logging in across 20 homes in Singapore.
We delivered a fun and engaging activity box prior to the session and organized multiple inter-team games allowing teams together to engage in a physical environment whilst interacting across homes.
#6 – HALLOWEEN PARTY FOR THE COMMUNITY
A community centre in Singapore approached us to take their annual halloween party for over 1,000 residents virtual.
We designed a virtual halloween horror house, hosted games including a escape room segment and a photobooth whilst customising difficulty and game types for the different age groups.
#7 – NATIONAL PRIMARY SCHOOL COMPETITIOn
A uniformed organisation under the Singapore Government approached us to turn their annual inter-primary school competition virtual in a fun and engaging way whilst delivering key values & messages.
We designed the entire concept working alongside the body to ensure content was properly delivered and helped conduct training for student volunteers who worked alongside our game masters to facilitate the entire event streaming it across primary schools in Singapore who joined from their classrooms.
#8- 36 HOUR VIRTUAL SCHOLARSHIP CAMP
A subsidiary of one of the ministries approached us to help advice and guide their scholars committee to take an annual scholarship camp for 200 students online.
We consulted the team and guided them slowly throughout the entire process of curation including leading rehearsals as well as pre-event training for the organizing team, hosts and volunteers.
#9 – ENGAGING SENIORS IN A PANDEMIC
A non profit organization approached us to organize a virtual engagement for seniors including some who did not have access to virtual platforms.
We curated a unique program that allowed seniors to both log on virtually and setup a physical site for seniors who were unable to log-on to join in the fun physically.
#1 DIGITAL DAY INCLUDING VR
A large finnish organisation approached us to curate a digital day including virtual & augmented reality elements to encourage employees to push towards digitization.
We designed a casual digital day including bringing in the latest technology & games in the AR/VR space for employees to play.
#2- CHRISTMAS PARTY & PRODUCT LAUNCH
One of the world's top cosmetics companies approached us to help organize a christmas party & product launch involving top influencers.
Apart from organizing, directing and live-streaming the event, we helped create a custom event microsite including virtual fringe activities.
#3 – CAMPUS ADVENTURE FOR INCOMING STUDENTS
A educational institute approached us to curate a fun race around it's campus allowing incoming students to learn more about the school whilst building strong bonds with other potential incoming students.
We curated a fun "monopoly" themed adventure race showcasing unique spaces within the campus including milestones, highlights, potential for opportunities as well as past famous alumni.
#4 – MULTI-SESSION INDUCTION PROGRAMS
A government organization approached us to collaborate, design & managed it's induction program across the year with over a 500 new hires.
We worked closely with the organization to design a program including liaising and coordinating with its new hires, speakers & designing activities to curate a 3 day program and held it across multiple runs for them.
#5 – 1,000 EMPLOYEES, FRONT-LINE WORK WITH 1 COMMON GOAL
A large non-profit approached us to curate a program for it's 1,000 employees with a catch that it be spread across the year due to operational requirements as the organization ran dialysis centres across the island.
We designed and conducted over 50 1-day session to allow employees across centres to interact with a over-arching common goal bringing them together across the multiple sessions.
#6 – AMAZING RACE & SHOWCASE ACROSS AN ORGANIZATION’S SITES.
A large semi-conductor firm approached us to design a fun and engaging race for it's incoming graduates showcasing it's massive sites as well as allowing interaction with the organization's management.
We designed a fun race across it's 3 sites including games showcasing the organization growth and many opportunities it offers as well as providing the opportunity for participants to build bonds not only with their fellow graduates but with the organization's existing employees.
#7- inaugural mass games & Sports day
A large local bank approached us for advice in organizing it's first organization-wide sports event involving multiple sports and elements.
We worked closely with the organization to design a full fledged sports day including the creation of houses, marketing & communication, decision making on sports, briefing & the eventual organization and management on event day.
#8 – company overseas incentive trip
A large FMCG organization's department approached us to curate a magical experience to reward it's employees for their extraordinary performance.
We assisted the company to scout locations, hand select restaurants, source gifts, curate activities including learning more about the locals & culture in the foreign country we visited and of course the entire organization of the trip.
#9 – CAR AMAZING RACE FOR CUSTOMERS
A US car brand approached us to design an amazing race via cars across Singapore to engage it's customers whilst showcasing the unique features of it's cars.
We designed an island-wide race allowing participants to explore Singapore whilst showcasing the car's versatility and key features and even include a food donation drive as part of the race.
